Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $50 and above to all provinces and territories. All other orders incur shipping costs based on the carrier, service, and items ordered.
Orders with delivery addresses in US should be placed on our US website (goodgoodbrand.com). Orders with delivery addresses in the European Union should be placed on our European website (eu.goodgoodbrand.com). Orders with delivery address in the UK should be placed on our UK website (uk.goodgoodbrand.com).
Online ordering is currently unavailable in other regions, although our products may be found at select retailers in these regions (check our Store Locator for specific locations).
Returns
To ensure food safety, we do not accept products return.
If items are damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement. If this is the case with your order, please contact us via the live chat or send us an email to support@goodgoodbrand.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will notify you once a replacement shipment has been sent.
If you would not like to have a replacement order and are not satisfied with your order, please send us a message and our customer service team will evaluate and decide if a refund will be initiated.
