Ingredients for coleslaw
- 3 cups purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
Ingredients for coleslaw dressing
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Like Sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Step 1: In a small bowl add Greek yogurt, Sweet Like Sugar, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk together until creamy consistency.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, place the shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage, carrots and cilantro. Drizzle the prepared coleslaw dressing, about ¼ cup. Gently toss to mix them. Add more coleslaw dressing to your desired taste.
Step 3: Refrigerate the sweet lime coleslaw for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve the chilled coleslaw as sides along with grilled chicken.
